As USN (ret.), I understand the headaches of relocating and finding a place for my family to live. I'm also adverse to high pressure sales people. For that reason, I decided to concentrate my efforts on only one phase of real estate; Buyers.
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) I will not be trying to SELL you a home!! Instead, I will be helping you find a home to BUY.
When I send you a list of potential properties, they will be those, currently available, from not only our but ANY company, that come the closest to the home description YOU have provided.
My goals are to maximize the value of your time and to meet your expectations for the home, or property, you are seeking.
Once we establish your needs and wishes, I will provide regular updates and set our system to notify you, and me, of any changes to your base list of potential homes. We can then adjust as the market, or your requirements, change.
I hope to accomplish all of this by providing:
1. An objective view to the local market that will use your desires to provide a list of potential properties for you to review and select from.
2. An unbiased market comparison of recently sold "like kind" homes to determine "fair market value".
3. An explanation and estimate of the costs involved in the purchase and transfer of property in our area. These are over and above the purchase price and down payment and can vary from program to program and transaction to transaction.
4. Provide, during the construction of the offer and negotiations, guidance and information regarding local market customs, expectations and common practices.
5. Comparison of various Home Inspectors and Home Warranties that are available in this area.
6. Assistance, if needed, in finding a Lender that will provide the best service and programs to finance this very important purchase.
7. Arranging for utilities service, for those I can, and providing guidance for those I can't do for you. Some require speaking directly with the potential customer.
8. Answers to your questions before, during and after the entire process of finding and purchasing your home
